Become a youth representative in the Youth Participation Strategy Steering Group!

Are you a young person, interested in improving youth participation through Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes? Apply by 7 January 2024 to become a youth representative in the Youth Participation Strategy Steering Group!


SALTO Participation & Information Resource Centre is looking for youth representatives to be a part of the Youth Participation Strategy (YPS) Steering Group mandate 2024-2025. 

 

Youth representatives invited by this call are:

  • young people (in the framework of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes --> 13-30 years old) 

  • with experience in the programmes (Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps), 

  • with experience in youth participation in democratic life and civic engagement on a local, national and / or international level and interest in enhancing this priority on a European level.  

 

The YPS Steering Group:

  • supports the monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of the Youth Participation Strategy, 

  • gives advise on the activities related to the implementation of it, 

  • promotes meaningful youth participation in democratic life as one of the priorities in the framework of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes. 

The steering group is jointly composed of six youth representatives selected via this call, together with YPS stakeholders and partners (European Commission, SALTO, RAY network, National Agency representatives). You can learn more about the previous group selected.
